Effective 23 September 2026
Terms of service
1. Service
AFILOW provides customer-acquisition research, company discovery, public-website analysis, qualification, evidence and workflow tools. The service operator is the entity identified on the applicable order form or invoice.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. Access is personal to the authorized users and workspaces on your plan. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may use AFILOW for lawful business research. You may not use it to violate privacy, intellectual-property, platform, anti-spam or other applicable rules; bypass provider restrictions; interfere with the service; or attempt unauthorized access. AFILOW does not automatically contact prospects.
4. Sources and results
External facts can change and third-party sources can be incomplete. AFILOW retains provenance where available and distinguishes observed facts from interpretation. You must review a result before relying on it or taking action. A qualification score is decision support, not a guarantee of a sale.
5. Plans, limits and billing
Plans renew monthly unless the order states otherwise. Displayed limits apply per billing period and are enforced before external paid calls where practical. Taxes may apply. Payments are processed by Stripe; AFILOW does not store complete payment-card details. You can manage or cancel a paid subscription from Billing & usage. Access continues through the paid period unless law or a material breach requires earlier suspension.
6. Customer data
You keep ownership of material you submit. You authorize AFILOW and its processors to handle that material only to operate, secure and improve the service. Do not submit sensitive personal data that is unnecessary for acquisition research.
7. Third-party services
Some features depend on public sources and optional providers. Their availability and terms are outside AFILOW’s control. Google Places and Google Business Profile are optional and remain unavailable until separately configured and authorized.
8. Availability
AFILOW uses quotas, rate limits, fallbacks and cost caps to reduce outages and uncontrolled charges. Temporary interruption, maintenance or degraded provider coverage can still occur. Provider failure may reduce enrichment without invalidating already verified company data.
9. Warranty and liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, AFILOW is supplied without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, specific search coverage, revenue or customer conversion. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
10. Changes and termination
Material changes will be presented through the service or the account contact. You may stop using the service and cancel a paid plan at any time. AFILOW may suspend abusive, unlawful or unsafe use and will preserve legally required records.
11. Contact and governing terms
Questions and legal notices can be sent through the support channel associated with your account. The operator identity, contact address and applicable law appear on your order form or invoice.
